yesterday I was supposed to be riding healdsburg but got bogged down up here and couldn't go
probably a good thing because it was a very bad bike day... got 17 miles into my normal 25 mile hilly route and had to call a cab to get home... just wiped out
Today VMC and I rode Stevens Canyon and I felt a little better but still not good... UGH!!!!
