Yep, Levi is second only to Evans of all the pre-race favorites. Contador has gained time on him primarily because he's been sent up the road to try to crack Rasmussen. If it wasn't for the fact that Chicken has suddenly found minutes in his long flat TT this race would be entirely different.

To say that he never was a threat to the GC is just ridiculous. If Chicken hadn't put in the TT of his life on Saturday, they wouldn't have sent Contador up the road the last two days and this tour would be between Evans, Kloden and Leipheimer. He's had an excellent tour.

Everybody just wants the "second coming of Lance". Not likely to happen anytime soon.
