I posted pics of the purple Picchio in the vintage thread - Since I might be a clydesdale (62-years old, 6'3", 212 lbs. this AM). I wonder if I might stress the Picchio too much?
I need to stop whining and get out on the road.
The weight loss stories here are inspiring. I have always advocated a "don't eat, don't drink, exercise every day" approach to dieting. It has worked for me all my life until now. Maybe if I get out and ride that Picchio, I can get down below 200 again where I belong.
