Carnac is the brand, Carlit is the model.
They are no longer in production (Carnac did a limited run). Google "Carnac Carlit" and you may be able to still find them. They run small, so if you do find them go up 1/2 to one US size. If you get them and find they are a little too big, a Dr. Sholes type insert will help the fit.
