Brings up a good point though. Here's a hypothetical:

Somebody tests positive for something. ASO asks him to leave. He says no. ASO forces him out. Very next day his 'B' sample comes back negative. Do they let him back in if he's missed a day now? Food for thought.

Yes, its easier but blood doping would be done by a personal coach/doctor, not someone officially with the tieam...way too risky.
