REach Adjustment shims for Shimano Tiagra Brifters

First, thanks for any help if it comes in respose to this question.

My girlfriend has a Bianchi Alex with tiagra brifters. SHe has small hands. I see when searching the web that the Tiagra brifters can be shimmed in order to reduce the reach (she has a specialized ruby with ultegra shifters - also shimmed. these shims look like they'd be the wrong shape for a tiagra shifter.

Does anyone know where one can obtain these Tiagra shims (supposed to be available in 8 and 10 degree varieties). We didn't get any with the bike - a 2006 model. I've done some searching on the net, lots of references to these shims, but cant find them seperately.

thanks again.
