Are you looking at the free version or the paid version of FitDay?
I was using the free version of FitDay for a while, it was OK but I wanted more flexibility so I took a chance and just today I purchased the paid version. Seems like night & day between the 2 versions. Paid version seems pretty customizable, although I'm still in the process of setting it up for my foods and specific workouts. I can even input the mg's of vitamins I take daily, even lets me create custom foods. So far it seems pretty comprehensive.
