Donna and I rode out Aiken Road to Long Run Park, and back around the loop today, got in a decent 20 miles-hadn't ridden at all for about 3 weeks, so we were happy just to make those hills. I think I might know where you were though-and that's a climb. If I tell you what I use when running out of steam-you'd want to inflict serious harm, as you can't get it out of your head once it gets going!!
