I do short recovery rides (20 miles), fast group rides of 30-50 miles, a few centuries (I did RAIN for the first time this year) and tandem rides with my wife.
As a point of reference, what are typical speeds for a fast group ride and your centuries? I either ride alone or with my 30 year old daughter so I don't really know where I would stand among experienced age-group cyclists such as yourself.
