Sorry for the ambigious wording.

My intetion was to highlight that green tea contains significant levels of caffeine. Many people tend to see it as caffeine free (like herbal teas). Depending on how it's brewed it still represents 25% the caffeine of a typical cup of coffee. Considering the amount (multiple pots) of green tea you may consume on some detox diets that could mean very high levels of caffeine in your system.
