I use the paid version of FitDay that runs on Windows. I track grams of protein, carbs, fats, and fiber on a daily basis. You can create both custom foods and custom exercises.
I also keep track of my activities throughout the day in an Excel spreadsheet. I put in some formulas to sum up the total # of minutes per activity. It make it easier to transfer to FitDay.
