8/3 - Commute in. Only one way today. I have no power anymore. I have even resorted to stopping to check to see if my brakes are rubbing, or tires are flat. I have nothing. I can ride forever, but just nothing fast.
I just feel like I'm dragging my butt around for the sake of dragging my butt around.
