Use DT Proline Washers in new wheel builds?
I just read that wheel building book by Schraner and he suggests that if the hub's spoke holes are larger than 2.3mm you should use the proline washers.
What do you wheel builders do?
Where do you even buy them if you do use them? I did a search and could only find UK sources.
