Well, i finally learned it from your links!!! I know I looked it up here before, as well as other places on the web, and I asked a few of my friends but I never got it right
my problem was that I was actually keeping my leg stiff and using it as the fulcrum (thereby allowing me to lift the end up high but conversely keeping the rear planted)!
now I lift it just as high, but then immediately loosen my legs and THROW the bike Forward... it feels unnatural to have my legs not planted against the pedals but its the only way to pull the move off
