A couple of nights ago I started laying out docs for something like this. I went through all of the sites I could find for bike utilities, and the software like cyclistats...
I'm trying to compile a list of features/etc to have in one...
If others are interested, we should get this going. I can setup a bugzilla/cvs for it, I have all the free hosting I want (dedicated server, perks of being a web dev
) and time to work on it. What i dont have is any sense of design skill.
