The honest route: Buy a new frame. You have no warranty since you're not the original owner.

The dishonest route: Bring the bike to a GF dealer and inform them you have a warranty claim. If they ask if you're the original owner and have proof, tell them yes, but you've misplaced the sales slip. Most times they won't even ask to see it.
