Limit or eliminate the use of fire, use heat tabs or self heating MRE's instead. Ditch the noisy nylon covered sleeping bag and use a warm (and silent) wool blanket instead. For shelter, lay the bike down and drape a tarp (greenish or camo) over the bike and yourself.
