Ocean Drive is a decent ride(watch out for traffic..it get's kinda dicey near Bellvue Ave.!) goes for about 11 miles. Some areas of Middletown are OK, but I'd stay away from the main roads(RT's. 138 and 114)..lots of accidents this time of year.
If you get the chance, stop by Ten Speed Spokes, my favorite bike shop(shameless plug...
