Entry level model, at or near the bottom of the line. Panasonic model levels increased with increases in the model number. Entry level is corroborated by the stem shifters, center-pull brakes, spoke protector, 27" rims and stamped dropouts. On the plus side, it does have a cotterless, triple crankset and appears to have quick release on the front wheel. Probaly a hi-tensile tubeset or maybe CrMo plain gauge for the main tubes. It would appear to be an early 1980s model or possibly very late 1970s. Knowing the derailleurs would help to confirm the age.
