Since this is the kind of riding you're going to be doing, I definitely wouldn't put on Zipps. Especially Zipp tubulars. They're definitely light and I've heard they're durable, but you can get very durable wheels for 1/5 the price. And tubular tires are a much more expensive proposition overall. Get clinchers.

For the kind of riding you're planning to be doing, light weight shouldn't be an important consideration.
