I had been on a business trip for the last 3 or so weeks and hadn't been able to ride. It was really bad since I was in Madison and Milwaukee, WI for part of it and it seemed that everyone was on a bike! Madison was the worst...I swear there were more bikes than people! lol

I rode about 16 miles today and could tell I had been off the bike for a while but it felt good!
