Carbs are the fuel. If you eat lots of cards, but don’t burn lots of carbs with exercise you get fat!
I sit on my butt at work in front of my computer, on teleconferences, and in meetings. During this time my butt gets fat! When I am on my bike riding up and down hills, I am burn carbs and my butt is not getting fat.
If you need to lose weight, cut the carbs! If not, then balance the intake.
