I guess so. I run Eggbeater SLs and I'm new to clipless. I've had them for like 3 weeks now and I mostly crashed (slow speed ..
) on my first 2 or 3 days. They were awful too..the really slow kind of crash when i forgot to clip out.
If you're getting EggBeater C, PM me..cause I got a set I can sell ya for cheap. I ended up not using them.
