What kind of saddle is it???
I tried 3 before I got comfy. A good LBS will let you test ride one for a day or two and return it. I tried an ass-hatchet and returned for the same reason you are having-Too much pressure on the perineum. I tried a gel saddle, but it actually hurt after a long ride. I tried another, but it squeaked louder than a hookers bed on payday. I finally settled on a Brooks b-67.
