I ride my tri bike similarly. I've used a number of different seats, and I have two general observations. First: it ain't never gonna be as comfortable as the road bike. Secondly, a rounded, blunt nose seems to minimize the (inevitable) discomfort.
I'm currently using
this saddle and like it pretty well. I've also used a non-tri saddle with a curved nose.
The Adamo saddle seems to be designed for just such a riding position, but I have no experience with it. Reading this
