I have a "sit at a computer all day" type of supervisor job and the stress that go with it. Cycling definately helps.

I too have a "technology" job and spend way more time in front of a computer than I would like. I commute by bike to/from work almost daily. (unless I have to go out of town) I can attest the bike will help keep your marbles where they belong.
