I'm currently 250lbs and when I was in "shape" I fluxed between 215 and 230, depending on the pizza and beer intake. I trained to run in forever. When I do a 5k now it hurts a lot. I can ride with a 17-20 mph group for about 25-30 miles depending on terrain. A solo effort for 50 miles would produce 15-16 mph avg. Lord know if I can still swim a lick. The big thing for me is gonna be the mental aspect and the endurance. My endurance currently BLOWS!! But your words are an inspiration. So what's a good goal time for an Olympic next year?
