Yes, you have captured Seattle's weather perfectly, except that thunderstorms are not that common (doesn't get warm enough)! Also, you need to be aware that weather reports will talk about 'sun breaks'

The leaves don't really change colour, they just fall off and turn into soggy masses. The bigleaf maples are notorious for trapping unwary cyclists.
