No riding on Saturday as I was on a plane all day
but I was bound and determined to get my workout in today.
I started out with an hour "climbing" on a stationary bike in the hotel gym as I knew it would be all flat terrain here in Singapore. Then I walked 3 hours, rented a bike for a couple of hours, finally got to pass some roadies even with me on a mountain bike
. 2 more hours walking in the afternoon.
