hitting slick rock tomorrow AM
I'm on a crosscountry trip and stopped in Moab to ride slickrock. Never done it before, and ( as i hate to admit this) cardio is nowhere near what it was earlier this summer due to a back injury. aside from alot of water, cliff bars and first aid, any tips for this trail? they would be greatly appreciated. And oh ya, I haveno one to ride this with, so I will probably stick to the 1.5 mile loop....
