Local frame builder or frame repair shop needed.
Does anyone know of a frame builder or frame repair shop in the general Los Angeles area? I want to put vertical drop outs on my steel frame that has semi horizontal drop outs. If the cost is right of course. So any help or advice would be appreciated.
I remember a local builder was at the Pasadena Bike Expo earlier in the year, but I never got his card. Anyone know the name of that shop?
