Boulder, CO isn't exactly a dead spot in the cycling scene...
The biggest reason tactics never happen here is that everyone wants point so bad that they will never let stuff go. So guys will chase everything even if it might have been a good break.
Agreed that the masters/vet classes usually have some tactics being played out but I can't race those for at least 3 years.
