my condolences to the friends and family of stobbart.
i work at a non-profit bike shop, and one idea/concept that's come up is to target dui offenders once they've lost their license, to get them on bikes. i know it's a long shot, but it seems (media bias/"if it bleeds it leads" aside) we hear more and more about this, and the more people on bikes there are, the fewer on cars...
any ideas/suggestions?
glad to see mrs. stobbart taking on the cause. it's unfortunate that it's a cause that needs to be taken up in the first place.
