The best way to find out what size you need is to go to a local bike shop and try it on. Then, support them by buying there. You will pay a couple of bucks more sometimes, but you will have instant gratification, and you can take them back if there is a problem.

The other way, (I am having to do), which sucks crank, is searching this forum for people with your shoe size, and try to guess. Sucks worse for me, because returning them for another pair to the US is going to cost me $50. I am a shoes size 11.5 (US) and I am ordering a Specialized size 45. <Crossing fingers>
