Question on Trek 520 frame rust
I just completed a tour of Italy and the Trek 520 did great. Just about the only glitch was it rained the one night we were required to leave the bike outdoors and the bike took on a lot of water. When I disassembled my bike, I noticed there was some rust on the seatpost/inside the seattube. Any insight on this? Should I be concerned/is there anything I can really do now? Should I try and clean the seattube somehow before reinserting the seatpost?
