I don't know for sure. But the Surly web site says the complete bike only comes in Utility Blue, which appears to be a sort of flat faded grey-blue color. Not attractive to me. See it here:

I much prefer the puke green, but I think it is really called Sage green. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to be offered anymore.
