Are there any really good coffee roasters and/or shops in the Seattle area (preferably eastside, but not a requirement)? Somewhere that has a lot of types and I can go in and smell them for myself to see what I like.

I'd really love to find a coffee shop that served Kopi Luwak. I've always wanted to try that (without buying it @ $300/lb)? Any ideas?
