Found this Charger. Can i use it?

I have been thinking about buying one of the 4200 maH NImh 7.2V battery packs at Batteryspace. But I didn't want to spend all that much on it and with the charger it was over 50 bucks. Then i found this charger in the garage. It is a Radio Shack Cat. No. 23-416 4.8V, 6.0 V, 7.2V, 9.6V, Ni-cd/Hi-Mh charger.

Can i use it? I can't seem to find much info on it online.

Edit---I'm thinking not. Here is the manual. http://www.radioshack.com/graphics/u...0416_PM_EN.pdf

I don't think the amps are high enough.

Or maybe it is...i'll keep researching. Any thoughts?
