I would also suggest that you go to a bike shop and see what you can get for the same $$$. Or did you only mean to spend $100-$150? In that case go to Target and pick up a disposable bike which, by the way, will be no better than WalMart.

Seriously, I only mean respecect to you and want to be helpful. For the same price you can get a bike from a LBS, one that is properly assembled, safe to ride, warranted by the LBS, and tuned up free for the first time you need it (all good LBS's do this). The suggestion above as others have posted are good possible choices for you.
