I'd keep the Porsche stickers on there. After all, if Porsche never made track frames, then yours will be the only one.
I wouldn't spend a fortune building it up. Since it looks pretty old (those fork ends remind me of old English track bikes), I'd try and use old parts so nothing is too shiny and overstating. I would definitely try and make the frame the centerpiece. No Phils, no D-A, no 75's... just some old road cranks, a chrome fork from bikeworks or whoever else sells them, and some silver formula's laced to standard (not deep-V) rims. That would be a tight bike.
