Tough choice. The Kogswell would be cheaper, the 650B's are retro kool and sound tough and stable...not to mention that Kogswell yellow cream paint. Both bikes have long, stable wheelbases and can be set up creatively-- and should last a lifetime. Hopefully Riv will have an Atlantis fitted with 650 wheels you can test.
