Nothing works well but for those of you who find that nothing causes problems or discomfort (mental or physical), you can purchase cycling briefs with or without pads.
During the summer months, I find that I either need to stock my office with clean bike shorts for the ride home or use cycling briefs to avoid heat rash. I prefer
these when I can find them.
