Its finished...
I did a couple of things different than I originally Planned....
Everything is basically what I wanted but I changed a couple of things out...
-Went with New Deore V-Brakes...they actually lock up the rear and the front

-Oury MTB Grips
-Easton 31.8 midrise bars
-Richey comp 120mm oversize Stem (31.8 for the big heft bars)
-new Jagwire cables all around
-Deore Alivio 8 Spd V-BrakeRapidfire Lever/shifter combo
-Used Mojo fork
-Ti Flite Gel
-relaced rear wheel...
-XT/LX Gruppo stock
-MAVIC 230 rims
This thing rocks...seriously...final weight went up to 25.1 but I am happy..
I will take pics tomorrow when i have my camera...I can't wait to ride this thing...
Overall...$ in the project....about $350...so I can't complain at all....
