A couple of companies make high reflectivity vests for runners and bikers that have blinking LED's embedded in the vest. I wonder if these combined with bike lighting would be the best for low visibility conditions like fog and mist. Also, there are low level lasers designed for bike riding that work very well in snow and rain fall as the laser beam illuminates the particles. I wonder if this would also work in fog or mist.
