A crank puller is a fairly inexpensive tool. The Park CCP-2 is the correct model for your Sun Tour crank and can be adapted to fit newer designs if you get one.

Bottom bracket tools for your (I presume cup-and-cone) bike are not common anymore as most new bottom brackets are cartridge types and use a Park BBT-2 or similar tool. It might be worth it to have the bike shop remove the current bottom bracket for you and replace it with a sealed cartridge rather than buy tools that won't be used in the future.
