So the man at the bike shop has ordered at Cannondale Europe in Holland a new fork.I hope to solve the problem.

Our Orbit tandem needed a 185 mm disc rotor on the rear for the same reason. The stock 160, 180 or 205 mm discs wouldn't fit when we upgraded from a cheap cable brake to a Hope Mono M4. Works fine with the 185 mm rotor.
