What model do you have? I have 2 P3D Fenixes (one RB100, one CE). With both of them, when the bezel is fully tightened down that puts you in turbo mode, where you have a choice between turbo solid and strobe. If you turn the bezel to the right (loosen it) a very short distance, you can then access general mode, which will give you low/medium/high/sos.
