I ride early in the morning before daylight. Once the alarm goes off, it's useless trying to go back to sleep. You might as well get up and ride. And the morning rides are SO peaceful and really get my day started out right. I drag on the days I don't ride. I hate my "rest" days; I'd rather get on my bike and ride.
