That is a majorly cool bike, btw- I haven't seen one close up.
I remember a post on it before- someone mentioned it didn't use "high quality" components- whatever that means. I'm not even sure they make them anymore.
I think they also sell unicycles with that tire size, and that may be more the reason for the existence of it.
Also check into a Surley Pugsley, which is available with huge tires- ie, fat tires, not 36" diameter tires. Still looks cool.
Looking back at the Coker picture- looks like your toes could clip the back of the front wheel when you turn on a sharper turn.
