Well, I jumped in with a random post, so now I'll introduce myself properly, My name is Kat, I'm an "Athena" I suppose, since it seems the men are the "Clydesdale's" I started my journey at 260 pounds joined weight watchers and had gone down to 233 but lost my motivation and gained some back, but now I'm at 243ish, fluctuating til I got my bike 2.5 weeks ago, now it's steadily going down again. I ride a little shy of 4 miles right now on a semi daily basis, I'd love to get out everyday but it's so cold and wet and I have no rain gear as of yet...
